How does the Envirosource Air to Water Purifier produce clean, pure drinking water?

Simply put, the water molecules in the air are condensed, and then converted into water. This water then passes through a 5 stage filtration process and the purified drinking water is deposited in the reservoir tank and is ready for use.

How often do I have to change the filters?

The air filter will need to be washed with tap water and left to dry once a month in normal environments such as homes and offices. However, for dirtier areas such as construction yards and other dusty environments more frequent cleanings may be required. An easy cleaning tip is to use a soft brush regularly or an air compressor or vacuum cleaner. The other filters will need to be replaced alternatively at 6 monthly intervals.

How will I know when to make the changes?

The filters needing to be replaced are easily identified on the digital operational indicator located on the unit so there is no guess work! There is a filter exchange indication for each individual filter on the digital indicator which shows the exchange term of each filter. It will change from a green co lour to orange when the filter requires changing in the near future and to a red colour when the filter needs to be changed as soon as possible.

Is there any plumbing needed for the Envirosource Air to water Purifier, and can I attach an external water source to it?

There is no plumbing required for the Envirosource Unit. Just plug it into a 240V socket and it'll be ready to produce pure and clean drinking water. However for areas with humidity level below 30% humidity and in very cool temperate climates there is an option for dual usage where the unit can be connected to an external source for a continuous supply of purified drinking water.

What type of maintenance do I need to do for the Envirosource Unit?

Low maintenance. The two principal items are cleaning the air filter and replacing the filtration systems at 6 monthly intervals, where a qualified Service technician will come out twice a year and fully replace and service the machine for you.

Does this unit have any warranties?

Yes. There is a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all parts. Additionally if you choose our rental option, there's a total care package which includes all filter exchanges, service calls and a full warranty for rental period.

What is the capacity of the Envirosource Unit?

The Envirosource can create up to 24L of purified water per day.

Does this unit have any other added benefits?

Yes. The Envirosource Unit has 3 main functions. As well as converting the air into purified drinking water it also acts as an air purifier providing cleaner air and is a dehumidifier, providing a healthier and more comfortable living and working environment.

Do I need any special maintenance if I leave for a long period of time?

In the case of storing the purifier for a long period of time, there is a water draining and storage procedure which is easily done and fully outlined in the product manual.
